左前分支阻滞(简称LAH)可以掩盖或变更下壁心肌梗塞(简称IMI)心电图表现。当LAH合并IMI时,从心电图(ECG)上诊断是比较困难的,但同时运用心电向量图(VCG)对照,则对诊断有一定帮助,现将资料完整的26例分析如下:
