半连轧厂热输出辊道的大型空心辊,进行中频表面淬火时,曾出现较大的变形。然而,对大直径辊子的校直是十分困难的。有时因中心收缩变形大而报废。热处理变形是比较复杂的现象,系统的理论研究成果还不多。我们对空心辊表面淬火变形规律及控制方法进行了探索,并取得了一些成果。一、使用设备及测量仪器空心辊用45钢无缝钢管制成,两端热装配轴头,如图1示。在直径方向留余量1.50mm,淬硬区长度1640mm,辊面要求硬度
