本文叙述了汽车差速器行星齿轮架的两个球面在自动线上加工的新方法。两球面位于工件内部相对的两边。表面光洁度最高可达R_t6.3微米。工件装在随行夹具内在17个工位上完成24道加工工序。
This article describes a new method of auto-line machining of two spherical surfaces of a planetary differential carrier. The two spheres are on opposite sides of the workpiece inside. Surface finish up to R_t6.3 microns. Workpiece installed in the accompanying fixture in 17 stations to complete 24 processing steps.
