介绍了试验用的CO2连续激光制备单壁碳纳米管系统.用CO2连续激光蒸发制备了单壁碳纳米管,所用激光功率为400~900 W,用高分辨透射电镜观察发现单壁碳纳米管直径为1.1~1.6 nm,随着激光功率的增加管径稍微增加.用波长632.8 nm激发光测量了所制备的单壁碳纳米管的一级和二级Raman光谱,比较了用YAG脉冲激光和CO2连续激光制备的单壁碳纳米管的Raman的光谱,发现在Raman特征峰的位置上存在差异.同时,对在室温下用波长10.6μm的红外CO2连续激光制备单壁碳纳米管的工艺条件和生长机理进行了讨论.
Single-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were prepared by continuous CO2 laser irradiation.The single-walled carbon nanotubes were prepared by continuous laser evaporation of CO2 with a laser power of 400-900 W.
