Left ventricular ejection fraction is one of the important indices for assessing myocardial infarction survival. This article points out, QRS integral and left ventricular ejection fraction and myocardial infarction significantly related, and help to detect patients with left ventricular dysfunction. Previous reports pointed out that the use of body surface ECG measurement, quantitative assessment of myocardial infarction range and its left ventricular function. However, this technique is difficult to operate and does not apply to patients with inferior myocardial infarction. Askenazi found that in patients with myocardial infarction, conventional ECG R wave amplitude and left ventricular ejection fraction less relevant. The advantage of QRS integration is the ease and convenience of using conventional 12-lead ECGs to assess left ventricular function.
