通信的目的就是信息的传递,传统通信网主要以电话网为主,而在九十年代因特网的开放使得人们利用计算机实现了数据通信,今后移动、数据通信必然会成为通信的主体。现代通信作为当今社会的三大基础结构之一,人们每天都需要通过不同的路径获取所需的信息。传输网作为通信系统结构的重要组成部分,一旦出现故障,必定会对人们的日常生活、工作产生巨大影响。并且,随着信息量、通信距离的不断增加,必须不断优化通信系统结构,优化通信传输网络才能满足当代社会需求。
