It is said that the U.S. Department of Defense is developing a video surveillance technology called “Eye of the Mind,” a technique that can be predicted before a crime occurs. Of course, this technique is to be implemented, provided that the camera is installed in every corner, as long as what appears in front of the camera will be concerned. And then the various video data are analyzed by computer programs to predict the likelihood of a crime happening. Is this really good?
