喹碘仿系喹啉的衍生物,为抗肠内阿米巴传染的有效药物。1938年Adkin等对喹啉的极谱行为进行过详细的研究。Stock对8—羟基喹啉的电极还原过程会有过报告,他在pH2—12之间的缓冲液中找到了可逆波A,不可逆波C和吸附波B。щеникова等亦会对8—羟基喹啉进行过研究,但与Sfock结果不同。继后Phillps对8—羟基喹啉5—磺酸亦进行了极谱研究。我们就奎碘仿的极谱性质进行了观察,并做了一些极谱常数,寻找了喹碘仿极谱分析的可能条件。
