2011年5月至6月,我有幸作为浦东教育局组织的未来五年校长境外培训赴英首批学习团成员之一在英国进行了为期一个半月的学习,其中前一个月在北爱尔兰学习。前3周,我们不仅研修了北爱尔兰教育历史与政策,学校课程建设,特色学校建设,教学模式,教学质量监控体系等系列专业课程,还参观了当地的教育机构如课程,考试与评价委员会,北爱尔兰地区研修联盟等教育专业机构。后一周在具体的学校里做影子校长。所到之处,所见所闻,对英国小学教育的一个强烈感
From May to June 2011, I was fortunate to have one and a half months of study abroad in England as one of the first batch of study tours to be conducted by the principal of the Pudong Bureau of Education for the coming five years from May to June 2011, the previous month studying in Northern Ireland.
