In July in Shanghai, there was a blazing sun. The “2002 National Summer English-Chinese Translation Seminar” co-sponsored by “Shanghai Science and Technology Translator” and “Science and Technology English Learning” magazine attracted dozens of university teachers and translators from more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country. Everyone has long forgotten it. In the summer heat, forgetting the bustling and romantic “Going to the Beach”, everyone is immersed in wonderful academic lectures, indulged in relaxed and happy academic exchanges, greedily sipping the pulp of knowledge, and cherishing the difficulties.
