随着时代的发展、市场变化步伐的加快,工商企业对市场营销专业应用型人才的需求越来越强烈,对营销专业毕业的大学生提出了更多的能力素质多样化的需求。基于社会对营销专业人才的基本要求,大学在培养市场营销专业学生时,应当注重社会实践能力的培养,以适应社会人才市场竞争的需要。市场营销实践教学的重要环节就是社会实践能力的培养,即企业与大学合作,让更多的大学生深入企业,在企业实践中积累管理经验、销售经验、策划经验等。
With the development of the times and the acceleration of market changes, business and industrial enterprises have become increasingly demanding of professional talents for marketing, and have demanded more diversified qualities for students who graduated from marketing. Based on the basic requirements of the society for marketing professionals, universities should focus on cultivating social practice in training marketing students to meet the needs of competition in the social talent market.
