新的产业革命发端于现代信息技术的革命性突破,核心是信息化与工业化的有机结合,这一轮经济危机是新产业革命的前夜“第三次工业革命”、“新产业革命”已经成为时下频现媒体的全球热词,这些概念的内涵与外延是什么,其产生的社会背景如何,我们应当怎样迎接这场大变革?《上海国资》就此专访了上海社会科学院部门经济所所长杨建文研究员。9月11日,他和复旦大学教授芮明杰为上海市委常委学习会就此话题作专题辅导报告。
The new industrial revolution is a revolutionary breakthrough in modern information technology. The core is the organic combination of informationization and industrialization. This round of economic crisis is the eve of the new industrial revolution. The Third Industrial Revolution, the New Industrial Revolution, “It has become a global hot word for the media nowadays. What are the connotations and denotations of these concepts and their social background? How should we meet this great revolution?” Shanghai State-owned Assets Department specially interviewed the departments of economy of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences Director Yang Jianwen researcher. On September 11, he and Professor Rui Mingjie from Fudan University made speeches on this topic for the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee.
