“部队政工是革命的灵魂”。军校政治教育由政治部负责。政治部的设立同军校一样是孙中山、共产国际和共产党共同努力的产物,从属于国民党。但军校政治教育工作与共产党人周恩来有着直接的关系,他曾先后担任军校政治部主任,东征军政治部主任,国民军第一政治部主任,东征军总政治部主任等职,为军校政治教育工作,做出了不可磨灭的贡献。
