对18例高胆红素血症新生儿的啼哭信号进行声谱分析,结果显示,患儿的基频各值,第一共振频率变异值及双音百分比高于正常,第一共振频率最小值低于正常。恢复期啼哭信号与患儿半年内DDST检查结果有关联,说明啼哭声谱分析可提示高胆红素血症患儿的预后。
Sonographic analysis of the crying signals of 18 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia showed that the values of the fundamental frequency, the first resonance frequency and the double-sound frequency were higher than those of the normal and the first resonance frequency was the lowest Lower than normal. Recovery crying signal and the six months in children with DDST test results associated with cryptic sonographic analysis can prompt the prognosis of children with hyperbilirubinemia.
