本文是对《国家标准“渐开线圆柱齿轮承载能力的计算方法”》的讨论。通过对一对斜齿圆柱齿轮承载能力的完整计算,可以看出国标计算方法与现有计算方法之间的差异,同时提出了一些计算中发现的而又值得进一步探讨的问题。
This article is a discussion of the “national standard” method of calculating the bearing capacity of an involute cylindrical gear. Through the complete calculation of bearing capacity of a pair of helical gear, we can see the difference between the national standard calculation method and the existing calculation method, meanwhile put forward some problems found in the calculation which are worth further exploration.
