深圳流动人口与常驻人口急剧增长,不仅外来务工人口逐年增长,而且还有很多父母随子女前来深圳,为子女照顾孩子。外来人口来自五湖四海,他们本身文化层次、生活习惯等等就有很大的差异,因此其业余生活也是亟待丰富的。作为文化服务部门,文体中心、文化馆等部门应该积极进行协调与组织,通过不懈的努力,使外来人口的业余生活得以丰富,搞活文化生活,使外来人口更有归属感。
The floating population and resident population in Shenzhen have risen sharply.
