在新医院财务制度中明确提出了加强医院财务管理和监督,规范医院财务行为,提高资金使用效益,这对医院预算管理提出了更高的要求,也更加凸显了医院财务预算管理在当前医院财务管理中的重要作用。基于此,本文笔者首先论述当前新医院财务制度下预算管理存在的问题,然后再根据问题提出解决的对策。
