任何企业只有持续地学习、掌握最新的科技和管理知识、积极改革创新,才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存与发展。正如国际组织学习协会创始人、主席彼得.圣吉提出的那样:“最成功的企业将会是‘学习型组织’,因为未来惟一持久的优势,是有能力比你的竞争对手学的更快”。企业在市场上的竞争,其最终的决定力是由产品竞争,到技术竞争,到人才竞争,直至学习力的竞争。因此,打造学习型组织对企业来说是至关重要的。以下本人就对于打造学习型组织谈一谈自己的浅见。
