本文合成了聚阴离子羧甲基羟乙基淀粉(HECMS),考察了羧甲基化温度及反应物配比对羧甲基取代度的影响,结果表明:在本实验条件下,49℃为适宜的羧甲基化温度,淀粉与2-氯乙醇的配比为1:3.5时羧甲基取代度最大;但产物的黏度随羧甲基化程度的提高而下降。本文进一步将HECMS与Eu配合并将其应用于纸张表面涂布中,结果显示:HECMS与HECMS/Eu(Ⅲ)使纸张的伸长率增加,但使其抗张指数降低;由于HECMS/Eu(Ⅲ)可产生荧光,故其涂布纸的白度提高。
In this paper, the polyanionic carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl starch (HECMS) was synthesized. The effects of the carboxymethylation temperature and the ratio of the reactants on the degree of carboxymethyl substitution were investigated. The results showed that under the experimental conditions, 49 ℃ was suitable Carboxymethylation temperature, starch and 2-chloroethanol ratio of 1: 3.5, the maximum carboxymethyl substitution degree; but the viscosity of the product with the degree of carboxymethylation decreased. HECMS and Eu (Ⅲ) increased the elongation of paper but decreased the tensile index of HECMS due to the increase of HECMS / Eu (Ⅲ) Ⅲ) can produce fluorescence, so the whiteness of coated paper increased.
