目的观察预成纤维桩与可塑纤维桩在残根残冠修复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—12月治疗的72例(88颗患牙)残根残冠修复患者作为研究对象,将入选者依据随机数表法分为观察组(36例44颗患牙)与对照组(36例44颗患牙)。对照组运用可塑纤维桩实施修复处理,观察组则给予预成纤维桩实施修复处理。观察两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、满意度以及并发症发生情况。计数资料比较采用χ2检验或Fisher精确检验,等级资料采用秩和检验,计量资料比较采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组总有效率(95.45%)、患者满意度(97.73%)高于对照组(81.82%、72.72%),相关并发症发生率(4.55%)低于对照组(20.45%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患牙松动度、咬合力、咀嚼效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩在残根残冠修复中效果确切,可显著提升患者咀嚼功能与满意度,降低相关并发症。
Objective To observe the application effect of prefiber piles and plastic fiber posts in the repair of residual root and crown. Methods Totally 72 patients (88 teeth) who were treated with residual crown from January to December in 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table, the participants were divided into observation group (36 cases with 44 teeth) and control group Group (36 cases with 44 teeth). In the control group, the plastic fiber post was used to repair and the observation group was given the prefiber piles for repair. The clinical curative effect, masticatory function, satisfaction and complication of the two groups were observed. Chi-square test or Fisher exact test were used to compare the count data, rank sum test was used to rank data, t-test was used to compare measurement data, and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The total effective rate (95.45%), satisfaction rate (97.73%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (81.82%, 72.72%), and the incidence rate of related complications was 4.55%, which was lower than that of the control group (20.45% (All P <0.05). The loosening degree, occlusal force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were better than those of the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusions The pre-staple fiber post is effective in repairing the residual root and residual crown, which can significantly improve the masticatory function and satisfaction and reduce the complications.
