为了解驻宁部队营区二次供水的卫生现状，对驻宁部队３４个营区的２６８个二次供水设施卫生情况进行了调查。结果显示，５２份水样实验室检测结果总合格率为５０％，不合格的主要项目是余氯、细菌总数和大肠菌群。二次供水存在的主要问题是卫生管理不到位，清洗消毒不落实；部分水箱、水池设计不合理。针对存在的问题提出了建立饮用水卫生监督体系，制定规范的管理制度，加强清洗消毒工作和推广使用缓释消毒剂等建议
In order to understand the status quo of the secondary water supply to the camp quarters in the People’s Liberation Army, the hygiene status of 268 secondary water supply facilities in 34 camps in the Ning forces was investigated. The results showed that 52 samples of the total laboratory test results qualified rate of 50%, the main items of unqualified residual chlorine, total bacteria and coliform bacteria. The main problem of secondary water supply is not in place for health management, cleaning and disinfection is not implemented; some tanks, pond design unreasonable. In view of the existing problems, it is proposed to set up a sanitary supervision system for drinking water, establish a standardized management system, strengthen the cleaning and disinfection work and promote the use of sustained-release disinfectants
