This article reports the effect of the two control immunization levels and the exposure rate on the OR when both the control and the susceptible controls were used in the case-control study between the hospital and the general population of patients with type A and type B hepatitis B. The results showed that: The level of anti-HAV positive rate of 80.5% or 92.3%, HBV infection in 47.5% of cases, the control group and susceptible controls OR value, with the exception of some of the risk factors (hepatitis A unclean diet history), the basic no (X ~ 2 <3.84, P> 0.05), and the 95% CI of OR also cross each other, which can be preliminarily considered as the difference between the two control groups Case-control studies of viral hepatitis using both normal and susceptible controls are reasonable.
