The following method for checking the parallelism of two holes (Soviet invention certificate 748120) can be used to verify the parallelism of connecting rods and other similar workpieces. This method can eliminate the hole taper and end face (usually used to end face positioning) and the hole axis is not perpendicular to the accuracy of the measurement, which can improve the measurement accuracy. The principle of this method is shown in the figure. The compressed air from the air source 16 enters the respective measuring nozzle and back pressure nozzle 21 through the main nozzles 17, 18, 19 and 20. The signal synthesis device has two levels: the first level consists of two
