一、采用国际标准的意义与作用 积极采用国际标准和国外先进标准,有利于提高产品质量,增强我国产品在国际市场上的竞争能力。因为目前我国大部份汽轮机厂的主要产品所使用的技术规范与技术标准还是五十年代从捷克与苏联引进的技术为基础制订的,标准本身的水平较低,和八十年代国外先进技术水平相比差距较大。
