本文通过数字统计,介绍了我国面广量大的195型柴油机燃油和机油消耗率的水平以及和国外的差距。从试验研究的实际效果出发,论述了195型柴油机降低燃油和机油消耗率的主要途径和方法。指出了降低部分负荷燃油消耗率、解决扭矩储备和进一步降低机油消耗率是195型柴油机目前节能的重点。提出了评价部分负荷燃油耗水平高低的正确方法。强调了配套最佳化是195型柴油机获取真正社会节能效益的方向。
In this paper, through digital statistics, the paper introduces the level of the fuel consumption and oil consumption rate of 195 large diesel engines in China and the gap with foreign countries. Based on the experimental results, the main approaches and methods to reduce the fuel consumption and engine oil consumption of 195 diesel engine are discussed. It is pointed out that the current emphasis on energy saving of 195 type diesel engine is to reduce the part load fuel consumption rate, solve the torque reserve and further reduce the oil consumption rate. The correct method to evaluate the partial fuel consumption level is put forward. It is emphasized that the optimization of the matching is the direction that the 195 diesel engine can obtain the true social energy-saving benefit.
