上海华江石油有限公司成立于1994年3月,位于上海市宝山区联谊路678号。公司的股东方由上海翔达投资有限公司、上海隆杰投资有限公司、南通燃料股份有限公司等中石化、中石油全资公司及参股公司共同组成。注册资本为4000万元人民币。公司法定代表人葛志刚。经营范围:石油制品零售批发代购代销;储存装卸服务。公司拥有国家商务部颁发的成品油批发经营许可证。经过十几年的长足发展,公司已经拥有1座库容为2万m~3的油库,7个以参股及租赁等方式经营的加油站,1个全资的危险品运输公司。所拥有的油库是目前上海最大的内河油库之一。
Shanghai Hua Jiang Petroleum Co., Ltd. was established in March 1994, located in Shanghai Baoshan District Friendship Road 678. The shareholders of the Company are composed of Shanghai Xiangda Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Longjie Investment Co., Ltd., Nantong Fuel Co., Ltd. and other wholly owned subsidiaries of PetroChina and its shareholding companies. Registered capital of 40 million yuan. Ge Zhigang, the legal representative of the company. Business: petroleum products wholesale retail consignment sales; storage handling services. The company has the Ministry of Commerce issued by the wholesale oil products business license. After more than 10 years of rapid development, the company already owns a storage capacity of 20000 m ~ 3 of the oil depot, 7 shares and leasing operations such as gas stations, a wholly-owned dangerous goods transport company. Owned depot is currently one of the largest inland depots in Shanghai.
