许多肿瘤患者体内存在着自由基的损害和免疫功能的异常,乳腺癌患者体内这两者的变化及其相互关系报道极少。本文对乳腺癌患者血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)活性、T淋巴细胞亚群含量的变化及其相互关系,进行初步探讨。现将结果报告如下。
