本文结合近十年的管理经验,从质量管理和质量技术控制两个方面,谈谈放射诊断QA(质量保证Quality Assurance)体会。 一、质量管理 1.健全的制度 放射科的各项规章制度如透视操作规程、拍片操作规程、放射防护规则、科主任及各级医师职责等一一上封墙,做到人人明白,科内各种登记编号要齐全,人人要熟悉精通,做到各项操作有标准。 2.明确分工下的协作 放射科是一个整体,运作起来,每一个人都要有明确的分工,同时又有相互协作,分工要科学,要符合实际。
