山东莒南县地处鲁东南,是一个有25处乡镇98万人口的农业大县。近几年来随着改革开放、党的富民政策的推动下,个体经营者逐年增多,仅1997年我县农村食品摊贩达3466个,这些流动性摊贩分布广、经营品种多、卫生设施简陋、文化素质及卫生法律法规意识差,就如何加强农村卫生监督、提高卫生质量、改善卫生状况,我们进行了初步探讨。1 加强卫生监督员的业务学习培训和考核,不断提高业务素质和执法水平 有一支政治强、业务精、作风正的高素质的卫生监
Located in the southeast of Lu, Shandong Province, Funan County is a large agricultural county with a population of 980,000 in 25 townships. In recent years, with the promotion of reform and opening up and the promotion of the party’s policy of enriching the people, self-employed operators have increased year by year. In 1997, there were 3466 rural food stalls in the county. These mobile street vendors are widely distributed, have many types of operations, and have poor health facilities and culture. The quality and health laws and regulations have poor awareness. We conducted preliminary discussions on how to strengthen rural health supervision, improve hygiene quality, and improve health conditions. 1 Strengthen the business study training and assessment of health supervisors, and continuously improve the quality of life and law enforcement. There is a high-quality health supervisor with strong politics, fine business, and good work style.
