目的： 制定平脂胶囊质量控制标准． 方法： 用ＴＬＣ法鉴别成品中何首乌、川芎、蒲黄、赤芍及党参，用ＨＰＬＣ法测定何首乌及成品中大黄素含量． 结果： 五批样品ＴＬＣ鉴别均为阳性，何首乌药材及平脂胶囊大黄素含量均值分别为０．１２％ ， ０．５９５ ｍ ｇ·ｇ－ １． 结论： 经５批样品检验，该质量标准稳定可行．
Objective: To establish the quality control standard for flat fat capsules. Methods: TLC method was used to identify the Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Puhuang, Chishao and Dangshen. HPLC method was used to determine the content of emodin in Radix Polygoni multiflori and finished product. Results: The TLC identification was positive in all five batches of samples. The average emodin content of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb and Pingzhi capsules was 0.12% and 0.595 m g·g- 1. Conclusion: After 5 batches of samples tested, the quality standard is stable and feasible.
