目的: 研究功效不同的3种方药对二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)致大鼠肝癌前病变的阻断作用. 方法: 建立Solt-Far-ber二步肝癌前短期动物模型,用981208冲剂、三石猫胶囊和复方丹参注射液3种中药进行干预. 光镜及电镜下观察肝组织、细胞形态学变化;组织化学染色比较r-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)变灶的个数及面积. 结果: 3种方药均可减轻DEN致大鼠肝脏细胞毒性损害,抑制癌前变异细胞的增生;对肝癌前GGT阳性灶的个数/cm 2和面积比亦有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01~0.05). 结论: 3种方药对DEN诱导肝癌前病变均有阻断或抑制作用,各自的作用机制有待进一步探讨.
1. Objective : To study the blockade effects of three kinds of prescriptions with different efficacy on pre - hepatic lesion of rats induced by diethylnitrosamine (DEN). METHODS: A short-term animal model of Solt-Far-ber two-step HCC was established. Three kinds of traditional Chinese medicines, 981208 granules, Sanshi cat capsule and compound Danshen injection, were used to intervene. The changes of liver tissue and cell morphology were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. The histochemical staining was used to compare the number and area of changes of r-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT). RESULTS: All the three herbs could reduce the hepatotoxicity damage of rats induced by DEN and inhibit the proliferation of pre-cancerous transformed cells. There was also a significant inhibitory effect on the number of pre-GGT-positive foci and the ratio of the area of the GGT-positive foci (P<0). .01-0.05). Conclusion: The three kinds of prescriptions have blockade or inhibitory effect on DEN-induced hepatocarcinogenesis, and their respective mechanisms need further investigation.
