随着农民法律意识的增强,因玉米种子质量问题引起的纠纷事件越来越多。由于农民的农业技术水平有限,一些农户把因栽培不当、不良环境、气候条件、病虫为害等因素造成的异常现象也当作种子质量问题投诉。因而引发种子纠纷和矛盾,甚至给种子经营单位造成直接或间接的经济损失。农户对玉米种子质量的投诉,一般是玉米的出苗率低、多穗、空秆、结实不良、矮化、倒伏等几个方面。1不良的环境因素引发的种子质量纠纷
With the enhancement of farmers’ legal awareness, there are more and more disputes arising from the quality of corn seeds.
