互联网及人工智能冲击了传统高等教育模式,高校教师传统的育人模式也无法培养出能与社会接轨的人才,在高校课堂当中,学生学习的积极性和主动性大幅度降低。弗卢姆的期望理论关注学生学习的动机,提出了影响动机的因素有效价和期望值两个方面。在弗卢姆期望理论基础之上,选取关键部分应用到高效课堂教学当中,提升了学生的学习兴趣和动机,取得了良好的效果。
Internet and artificial intelligence impact the traditional higher education mode, and the traditional mode of educating college teachers can not cultivate talents who can integrate with the society. In the classroom of colleges and universities, the enthusiasm and initiative of students are greatly reduced. Flum’s expectation theory pays attention to the motivation of students’ learning, and puts forward two aspects: the effective price and the expectation. Based on Flum’s expectation theory, the key part is selected for efficient classroom teaching, which enhances the students’ interest in learning and motivation and achieves good results.
