采用DL-HL-T5000B无氦横流CO2激光加工机,在Q235钢表面制备不同含量钨精矿粉末铬铁粉激光熔覆涂层。利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、硬度计、磨粒磨损机、电化学工作站等实验仪器,对涂层的显微组织结构及宏观性能进行研究。结果表明:涂层物相为Fe_3C、Cr_7C_3、WO_3、(CrFe)7C_3、Fe_2W、Fe_7W_6、FeW_3C,组织形貌以块状、板条状、颗粒状分布在涂层中;当钨精矿粉末的添加量为1.5%(质量分数)时,熔覆涂层的显微硬度值最高,为1 604.2HV,磨损率最小,为1.2mg/mm~2,腐蚀电流密度最小,为144.4μA/cm2。
DL-HL-T5000B helium-free cross-flow CO2 laser processing machine was used to prepare laser cladding coatings of ferrochrome powder with different content of tungsten concentrates on the surface of Q235 steel. The microstructure and macroscopical property of the coatings were studied by means of metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction, hardness tester, abrasive wear tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the coating phases are Fe_3C, Cr_7C_3, WO_3, (CrFe) 7C_3, Fe_2W, Fe_7W_6 and FeW_3C. When the addition amount is 1.5% (mass fraction), the microhardness of the coating is the highest, which is 1 604.2HV with the least wear rate of 1.2mg / mm ~ 2 and the lowest corrosion current density of 144.4μA / cm2.
