为了进一步深化广大财政干部对“三个代表”重要思想科学内涵的理解、掌握和运用及其对财政改革实践问题的深入理论思考,推动我区财政改革和发展,内蒙古财政厅机关党委和《内蒙古财会》杂志社、《内蒙古日报》社联合举办“‘三个代表’与财政改革论坛征文”活动。此次征文活动从2002年6月开始发稿,至2002年12月底截止,历时6个月,共收到来稿百余篇,经多方筛选,《内蒙古财会》发表15篇,《内蒙古日报》发表16篇。 此次征文活动聘请有关专家、学者对刊登的31篇文章进行了认真的分析和评价,评选出荣誉奖2名;一等奖2名;二等奖5名;三等奖8名;优秀奖10名。
In order to further deepen the understanding, mastery and application of the scientific connotation of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ by the vast number of financial officials and their in-depth theoretical thinking on the practical aspects of fiscal reform and to promote the fiscal reform and development in our region, Finance and Accounting “magazine and” Inner Mongolia Daily “jointly organized the” Three Represents "and Financial Reform Forum essay activities.
