Near the anterior cerebral artery in the optic nerve is a rare anatomical abnormalities, there are a total of 32 cases reported, often accompanied by cerebral aneurysms. This abnormality suggests that a growth malformation of the anterior portion of the Willis arterial ring during embryonic development results from the persistence of anterior anterior cross-caster anastomosis or as a deformity in the development of the ophthalmic artery.
