目的 :探索坐骨神经损伤后睫状节神经营养因子 CNTF的表达变化。方法 :采用抗 CNTF抗体以Western Blot方法检测大鼠损伤两周坐骨神经远侧端和正常神经中 CNTF表达。结果 :正常神经组织中在 2 2 k D处有特异性 CNTF阳性反应条带 ,在损伤两周的坐骨神经远侧端中尚未出现 CNTF阳性反应条带。结论 :正常成年鼠坐骨神经中 CNTF表达处于一定的水平 ,神经损伤两周后的坐骨神经远侧端中 CNTF表达明显减少。
Objective: To explore the changes of ciliary neurotrophic factor CNTF after sciatic nerve injury. Methods: The anti-CNTF antibody was used to detect the expression of CNTF in distal end and normal nerve of sciatic nerve in two weeks after injury by Western Blot. Results: The normal nerve tissue had a specific CNTF positive reaction band at 2 2 kD, and CNTF positive reaction band had not appeared in the distal end of the sciatic nerve for two weeks. CONCLUSION: The CNTF expression in sciatic nerve of normal adult rats is at a certain level. The expression of CNTF in the distal end of sciatic nerve obviously decreases after two weeks of nerve injury.
