密级配沥青稳定碎石(ATB)作为一种新型的基层材料已逐渐得以运用。沥青稳定碎石的回弹模量作为路面结构设计的重要指标,在设计中常照搬规范参数。本文根据大广高速京衡段建设的原材料,根据规范要求通过对ATB25和ATB30中值级配的不同的油石比、空隙率和温度的抗压强度和抗压回弹模量试验研究,研究这些参数对沥青稳定碎石设计参数的影响,并对规范的取值范围进行了验证。发现温度降低模量增加幅度很大;不同温度下,空隙率降低,模量提高的幅度不同;且试验结果已超出规范参数的范围,应收集实际运用资料和试验分析对规范进行进一步完善。
Graded with asphalt stabilized gravel (ATB) as a new type of grass-roots materials have been gradually applied. Asphalt pavement modulus of resilience as an important indicator of pavement structure design, often copy norms in the design parameters. According to the raw materials of Jingheng section of Daguang Expressway, according to the requirements of the specification, we studied the compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of different ratio of asbestos, voids and temperature at ATB25 and ATB30 Parameters on the design parameters of asphalt stabilized gravel, and verify the range of specifications. It is found that the modulus of temperature decrease is greatly increased. Under different temperatures, the porosity decreases and the modulus increases in different ranges. The test results are beyond the scope of the standard parameters. The actual application data and experimental analysis should be collected to further improve the specifications.
