介绍了莱钢欧标微合金化高强度H型钢的化学成分设计思路和生产工艺控制方法。通过选择合理的微合金化成分,结合铁水预处理、低过热度浇注及优化二冷制度连铸工艺、再结晶区控轧与未再结晶区控轧相结合的TMCP技术,保证产品具有良好的组织结构、较高的强度和良好的焊接性。产品实物屈服强度大于等于360MPa,抗拉强度大于等于502MPa,Pcm≤0.26%,外形尺寸以及表面质量等均好于相关标准要求,产品整体质量达到国际先进水平。
The design ideas and production process control methods of the chemical composition of high-strength H-section steel with European standard microalloyed in Laiwu Steel are introduced. Through the selection of reasonable micro-alloying ingredients, combined with hot metal pretreatment, low superheat pouring and optimization of the second cooling system continuous casting process, recrystallization zone controlled rolling and non recrystallization zone controlled rolling combined TMCP technology to ensure that the product has a good Tissue structure, high strength and good weldability. Product physical yield strength greater than or equal to 360MPa, tensile strength greater than or equal to 502MPa, Pcm ≤ 0.26%, dimensions and surface quality are better than the relevant standards, the overall quality of products reached the international advanced level.
