一台美国国家静电公司(NEC)制造的、端电压为3MV的9SDH-2型串列加速器于1987年在复旦大学安装并投入运行。本文叙述了机器本身以及在第一年运转中所出现的问题和经验。加速器建立了三条束流管线:一条是超高真空靶室系统,用它已进行了Al(100)清洁表面的研究;另一条是微米束系统,已能提供2μm的质子束;第三条为通用束线,已用它研究了~(56)Fe的核共振对KX射线产额的影响。目前,在该束线上还进行离子束分析,如用8.8MeV He~(++)进行高Tc超导体非卢瑟福散射实验等。
A 9SDH-2 tandem accelerator manufactured by NEC with a terminal voltage of 3MV was installed and put into operation in Fudan University in 1987. This article describes the machine itself and the problems and experiences that arose during the first year of operation. Three beam lines were established in the accelerator: one for an ultra-high vacuum target chamber system, where the Al (100) clean surface was studied and the other for a micron beam system capable of providing a 2 μm proton beam. The third was General beamline, which has been used to study the effect of ~ (56) Fe nuclear resonance on KX ray yield. At present, ion beam analysis is also performed on the beamline, such as high Tc superconductor non-Rutherford scattering experiment with 8.8MeV He ~ (++).
