激励是管理中最关键和最困难的功能。如何研究人的需要,强化社会主义的激励功能,是社会主义管理的一个亟待研究的理论课题,也是一个不容忽视的实际问题。实事求是地从理论和实际的结合上弄清这个问题,对于每个管理人员在实际工作中运用奖惩这种行之有效、必不可少的现代管理方法,具有十分重要的指导意义。本文试从认识上作一些粗浅探讨。
Incentives are the most crucial and difficult function in management. How to study the needs of the people and to strengthen the socialism’s motivational function is a theoretical issue to be studied urgently in socialism management and an actual problem that can not be ignored. Seeking truth from facts on the combination of theory and practice to clarify this issue, for each manager in the actual work of rewards and punishments in an effective and essential modern management methods, has a very important guiding significance. This article tries to make some superficial discussions from the understanding.
