在2008年的金融危机演变进程中,基于“理性经济人”假设的传统刚性激励契约因起到了推波助澜的作用而广受诟病。相对于刚性激励,柔性激励是一种人性化的激励方式,具有内在驱动性、影响的持久性、激励的有效性和方法的感应性等特点。因此笔者拟对柔性激励与刚性激励进行比较和案例分析,以期对我国企业的激励实践能有所裨益。
In the course of the financial crisis in 2008, the traditional rigid incentive contract based on the assumption of “rational economic man” has been widely criticized for its role in fueling the financial crisis. Compared with rigid stimuli, flexible stimulus is a kind of humanized stimulus, with inherent driving, persistence of influence, stimulus effectiveness and method of inductive. Therefore, the author intends to compare the flexible incentive and the rigid incentive case analysis, with a view to our country’s enterprise incentive practice can be beneficial.
