本文旨在研究异丙酚(Propofol,P)g寸氯胺酮(Ke tamlne,K)药理效应的影响,以明确两药合用后的优缺点,为临床广泛应用提供药理学依据。材料、方法和结果 1.P对K催眠作用的影响以小鼠翻正反射消失发生率为指标研究P是否增强阈下催眠剂量K(20mg/kg)的入睡率,以卡方检验的简化直接概率法统计。结果表明,P组及K组小鼠分别腹腔注射20mg/kg的P和K后,两组小鼠入睡率均为零,而P+K组的小鼠入睡率为100%(P<0.01)。以小鼠的翻正反射消失持续时间为指标研究不同剂量P(5、20、60mg/kg)对催眠剂量K(60mg/kg)的作用时间的影响,对所得资料行两样本t检验。结果20和60mg/kg的P均可延长催眠剂量K所致的小鼠睡眠时间(P<0.05,P<0.01),提示P可增强K的催眠作用,且呈
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Propofol (P) g Ketamine (K) on the pharmacological effects in order to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of combined use of these two drugs and to provide a pharmacological basis for their clinical application. Materials, Methods and Results 1. Effect of P on K Hypnosis The incidence of RV reflex in mice was used as an index to investigate whether P enhances the rate of falling asleep at subthreshold hypnosis dose K (20 mg / kg). The chi square test is simplified and direct Probability statistics. The results showed that the mice in P group and K group were intraperitoneally injected with P and K at 20 mg / kg, both of them had zero sleep rate, while the mice in P + K group had a falling asleep rate of 100% (P <0.01) . The effects of different doses of P (5, 20 and 60 mg / kg) on the duration of hypnotic dose K (60 mg / kg) were studied using the duration of the disappearance of the normal reflex in mice as an index and two-sample t-test was performed on the obtained data.
