本文基于价值链视角为高校财务管理提供新的管理理念,将高校财财务价值链划分为资金筹集价值链、资金运用价值链和资金调控价值链三个维度,并进一步从整体视角提出高校财务管理运行构想,为高校财务管理搭建一个崭新的平台,以弥补当前高校财务管理缺陷,提高高校财务管理水平,实现高校战略目标的长足发展。
