碱性染料与杂多酸形成缔合物显色体系的研究已多见报道。文献指出,将杂多酸还原成杂多蓝后再与染料的缔合反应将更完全。本文对锑磷钼蓝和丁基罗丹明B在增溶剂OP溶液中的显色体系进行研究,制定了测定茶叶中磷的方法。一试剂与仪器磷标准溶液:称取已在105℃烘干的磷酸二氢钾(A·R)2.1968g,用水溶解后于500ml量瓶中定容。此溶液含磷1mg·ml~(-1)。使用时稀释至含磷为1μg·ml~(-1)。酒石酸锑钾溶液:0.008mol·L~(-1),称取0.6679g酒石酸锑钾,用水溶解后于250ml量瓶中定容。钼酸铵溶液:0.2mol·L~(-1)(MoO_4~(2-)),称取35.31g钼酸铵,用水溶解后于1000ml量瓶中定容。储存于聚乙烯瓶中。
The basic dyes and heteropoly acids to form association color system has been more reported. The literature indicates that the heteropolyacid is reduced to heteropoly blue and then the association reaction with the dye will be more complete. In this paper, the color system of antimony phosphomolybdate blue and butyl rhodamine B in the solubilizer OP solution was studied, and the method for determination of phosphorus in tea was developed. A reagent and equipment Phosphorus standard solution: Weigh has been dried at 105 ℃ potassium dihydrogen phosphate (A · R) 2.1968g, dissolved in water and 500ml volumetric flask. This solution contains phosphorus 1mg · ml ~ (-1). Use diluted to phosphorus 1μg · ml ~ (-1). Antimony potassium tartrate solution: 0.008mol · L ~ (-1), weighed 0.6679g antimony potassium tartrate, dissolved in water 250ml volumetric flask. Ammonium molybdate solution: 0.2mol · L -1 (MoO_4 ~ (2-)), weighed 35.31g ammonium molybdate, dissolved in water after 1000ml volumetric flask. Store in polyethylene bottle.
