多因素优选法——正交试验在生产和科学试验中,为了获得优质、高产、低消耗及改进新工艺等效果,需要做试验来寻找有关因素的最佳点。选择最佳点的方法很多,优选法就是用最少试验次数,尽快找到最佳点的方法。它是一种应用数学研究成果为生产和科研服务的工具。对影响产量和质量指标的单因素和双因素的优选法有:0.618法、对分法、分数法、陡度法等。对二种以上的多因素的优选法就称为“正交试验”。正交试验采用一系列的正交表有计划地安排试验,并能科学地抓住主要因素,找出结果最佳的各因素的匹配关系。正
