混凝土结构物产生较小的裂缝,在给水条件下会自然闭塞,这是早已得知的“愈合”现象和经验。近年来,为积极控制和利用这一现象和经验,正在开展有关水泥系材料自修复的研究。根据相关研究,自修复混凝土有以下三种类型:1)自然治愈:通过低水灰比的未水化水泥的水化;水力结构物裂缝的再水化。2)自律治愈:利用粉煤灰和高炉矿渣等微粉;利用特殊的混合材料(膨胀材料);检验高强胶凝复合材料(ECC)的治愈现象;利用细菌。3)自动修复:混入微型胶囊;利用脆性管网;利用发热装置;利用形状诡异合金;与监控的技术融
Small cracks in the concrete structure, which naturally occlude under the conditions of the water supply, have long been known as “healing” phenomena and experience. In recent years, to actively control and utilize this phenomenon and experience, research on self-healing of cement-based materials is under way. According to related research, there are three types of self-healing concrete: 1) natural healing: hydration of unhydrated cement by low water-cement ratio; rehydration of cracks in hydraulic structures. 2) self-healing: the use of fly ash and blast furnace slag and other fine powder; the use of special mixed materials (intumescent material); test high-strength gelled composite (ECC) cure; the use of bacteria. 3) automatic repair: mixing micro-capsules; the use of brittle pipe network; the use of heating devices; the use of strange shape alloy; and financial monitoring technology
