许多企业建议国家建筑业主管部门抓紧出台特级资质企业之外的企业科技进步条件,设置科技准入门槛,提出切实可行的硬性要求,促进更多建筑企业科技进步的实现。建议主管部门在制订非特级资质企业科技标准时,进行认真仔细的调查研究,深入第一线,听听企业的呼声,解决企业的急难。提出的条件,让企业“跳一跳”就可以达到,不是高不可攀。
