患者男,52岁.既往体健.无肝炎及血液系统病史.1990年2月体检时发现脾脏增大入院.查体:体温37.2℃,脉搏84次/分.血压1862/10.64KPa,轻度贫血貌,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大.心肺正常.腹软,未触及肝脏.脾肋下约5cm质中等.腹水征阴性.化验:血红蛋白96g/L,红细胞2.8×10~(12)/L,白细胞4.2×10~(?)/L,血小板91×10~(?)/L.出血时间3分,凝血时间3分.甲胎蛋白及肝、肾功能均正常.血沉45mm/h.X 线胸片示心肺正常.腹部CT 扫描示脾脏
Patient male, 52 years old. Past physical health. No history of hepatitis and blood system .1990 February examination was found spleen increased admission. Physical examination: body temperature 37.2 ℃, pulse 84 beats / min. Blood pressure 1862 / 10.64KPa, mild Anemia appearance, systemic superficial lymph nodes without swelling. Cardiopulmonary normal. Abdominal soft, no palpable liver. Spleen ribs about 5cm medium. Ascites negative. Laboratory tests: Hemoglobin 96g / L, erythrocytes 2.8 × 10-12 / L , Leukocyte 4.2 × 10 ~ (?) / L, platelet 91 × 10 ~ (?) / L. Bleeding time 3, clotting time 3.
