8月指数综述8月份北京各物业指数除写字楼和商铺指数波动较大以外,其他指数均保持平稳。其中商铺指数小幅下降,写字楼指数小幅上涨,其他各指数微幅上涨。住宅指数的平稳波动,说明住宅市场仍然在观望中僵持,开发商仍然不愿意采取公开降价的方式刺激销售。
